Narrower seats, tech improvements are in store for air travel in 2013

Passengers flying economy will be met with less legroom in 2013 as carriers follow Southwest Airlines' example of packing planes to boost profits. More space is available on some airlines -- at a price. Airlines will also introduce improvements in in-flight entertainment and connectivity.
