N.Y. districts prepare to overhaul teacher evaluations

School districts in New York state have until Jan. 17 to submit plans to the state Department of Education for teacher evaluations that are in line with a new state law. While many districts have submitted plans, some have not and risk losing state aid if they are not in compliance by the deadline.
