A better way to get organized

Instead of creating one to-do list, you should create three separate lists, according to Laura Stack, author of "What to Do When There's Too Much to Do." One list should describe all the tasks that need to be done at some point; another list should describe what you need to do on a daily basis. The final list should contain activities that you don't want to waste your time on.
