Congress passes bill to help veterans with education benefits

House lawmakers have signed off on a bill to help veterans using Post-9/11 GI Bill benefits gain access to more information about schools and the benefits process. The bill creates a centralized complaint system for those struggling with benefits, provides for education counseling and requires the Department of Veterans Affairs to set up a website with information for students. The bill awaits President Barack Obama's signature.
