2013 defense authorization bill signed into law

President Barack Obama on Wednesday signed the 2013 National Defense Authorization Act and said afterward in a statement that he agreed with most but not all of the law's provisions. Obama criticized parts of the law that blocked measures such as increases to Tricare health insurance fees. "By failing to allow some of these cost savings measures, the Congress may force reductions in the overall size of our military forces," Obama said.
