Lighting cost for N.H. bridge rises as plan changes

A change in the lighting plan and the inclusion of a World War I memorial plaque will increase the lighting cost for the Memorial Bridge in Portsmouth, N.H., by about $40,000, to $120,000. The chief project manager says the most opportune time to install the lighting would be in February or March.
