Listeria contamination causes Delifish smoked salmon recall

The FDA announced the recall of smoked salmon products from Delifish for possible contamination of Listeria monocytogenes. Affected products, which were distributed in 11 states including Illinois and California as well as Puerto Rico, were produced from Sept. 5 to Oct. 17.
