Gove lashes out at academy critics in England

England's Education Secretary Michael Gove is criticising educators who oppose academy schools, saying they are "happy with failure". Gove says he will move forward with his plans to expand academies, despite the criticism from teachers and councillors. "Change is coming. And to those who want to get in the way, I have just two words: hands off," he said.
