Fla. regulators to hold hearing on plans for Crystal River plant

The Florida Public Service Commission next week will hold discussions about Duke Energy's plans for its Crystal River nuclear plant. The plant was taken offline in 2009 for upgrades and maintenance, but part of its containment structure cracked during the project. The utility hasn't decided whether to repair the facility or shut it down.
