Leadership challenges that women can work to overcome this year

There has been progress toward gender equality, but women in the business world still face frustrating situations, write Jill Flynn, Kathryn Heath and Mary Davis Holt. The pay gap between men and women persists, and women are much less likely to lead large companies. In addition, women don't seem to be as good at leveraging their networks to advance in their careers, they note. "Women spend more time interacting with each other, yet we fail to ask for favors," they write.
