Mall of America prepares for Bloomingdale's departure:

The Mall of America is in lease talks with at least five retailers as it seeks to fill space that will become vacant when Bloomingdale's closes its store there in March. The closure of the Minnesota store, which opened with the mall in 1992, is one of three planned by parent Macy's as part of a larger strategy to close underperforming stores.
