Virgin Mobile shifts account from Fallon to Mother

Citing the closing of incumbent Fallon Worldwide's New York office as a major factor, Virgin Mobile has moved its estimated $20 million account to Mother, New York. Virgin will continue to use Publicis Groupe's Starlink for media-buying, but is reviewing media-planning duties currently repped by Fallon, which also is a Publicis agency.
