Stations go dark over retransmission dispute

More than 800,000 Mediacom subscribers in 13 states are now making do without network affiliates programmed or owned by Sinclair Broadcasting. Those stations will not be available via cable to those subscribers, until Sinclair and Mediacom reach an agreement over retransmission consent, possibly through binding arbitration.
