Dietitian offers tips for good nutrition that boosts immune system

Good nutrition supports the immune system and may reduce the risk of cancer, registered dietitian and oncology nutritionist Crystal Langlois writes. Simple nutrition rules suggested by Langlois include staying hydrated, relying on whole foods rather than supplements, eating less fat and more fiber, avoiding sugary foods for breakfast and consuming nutrient-dense foods such as yogurt and vegetables.
