Kaiser physicians ask about exercise at each patient visit

About 9 million Kaiser Permanente patients are asked about their exercise levels each time they visit their physician, a trend that is catching on with other medical systems. The number of minutes of exercise each patient gets weekly is recorded on their medical chart, and Kaiser physicians regularly prescribe exercise first, before medication.
