Fla. college creates STEM facility to meet local industry needs

Students taking classes at Indian River State College's new science, technology, engineering and mathematics center will have access to a new facility that features resources related to gaming, biotechnology, digital media, environmental science and more. Officials say the new STEM center was designed to provide students in the Fort Pierce, Fla., area with educational opportunities that match the needs of industries in the region.
