Health technology sector drew $1.4B in investments last year

The health technology sector drew $1.4 billion in investments last year, up 45% from 2011, a report from Rock Health says. Consumer tools, tracking technology and EMR applications were key sectors, and QualComm Ventures and Aberdare Ventures were the most active investors, Ki Mae Heussner writes.
