Jia Jiang is in the midst of 100 Days of Rejection Therapy, a project where he makes an outrageous request every day to help him become more accustomed to rejection and learn to overcome it. Jiang launched the idea after failing to get funding for his startup. “Everybody has failures periodically,” career coach Marty Nemko says. “The people who are generally successful are the ones who bounce right back.”
