Mass. governor calls for commission to study dental insurance

Massachusetts Gov. Deval Patrick intends to create a commission to study dental insurance. Patrick called for the commission after he refused to sign a bill that would have banned health insurers from setting the rates dentists can charge to patients for services that cannot be reimbursed under their dental plans.
