Noggin records impressive growth despite poor penetration

It was a good year for Noggin, the commercial-free kids network owned by Nickelodeon, which saw it target audience (children ages 2-5) grow by 55% in 2004. The growth comes even though Noggin is available in half as many homes as Cartoon Network and Nickelodeon.
