Nokia, Visa team for m-commerce

Nokia and Visa introduced a mobile payment platform based on near field communication (NFC) technology. Initially the service will enable customers to make contactless mobile payments, but the companies expect to offer an upgrade that will support person-to-person and remote payments as well. Visa announced the global system at CES on Tuesday.
