Edmund, Okla., looks at city-county clinic for employees

Edmund County and the City of Edmund are in talks about jointly creating an employee clinic. County Commissioner Ray Vaughn says the cost of family health care is expected to increase 23% this year for employees but savings could be made by "avoiding the need for medical care on the front end."
