How to explain weaknesses in a positive light

When asked by an interviewer about your greatest weakness, focus on something you've overcome such as a fear of public speaking, Adrian Granzella Larssen writes. "Choose a shortcoming that can be explained in the most positive light possible. Are you neurotic, stubborn, or incapable of delegating? Instead, try using words that are seen as professional strengths, like dedicated, persistent, or thorough," she writes.
