Holding a coffee cup lower can increase collaboration and standing with your arms stretched open can boost your confidence. Those are two of the tips for better body language offered by executive coach and Forbes blogger Carol Kinsey Goman. Some of her other tips: To sound authoritative, don't let your voice rise in pitch at the end of sentences. To increase group participation, never look at texts or devices during a meeting. And to be remembered by people, shake hands with them.
