Nuance fires up Dragon Go, an Android-based Siri rival

Nuance Communications on Monday rolled out a voice-based personal assistant search application -- the Dragon Go -- for Android devices. While sharing some features of Apple's popular Siri program, the Dragon Go lacks the ability to sync with a device's apps and features. Its search functions link to 200 content providers using Dragon's natural-language interpretation technology; for example, a user who requests a song from a specific artist would be directed to Spotify or Pandora.
