Colleen DeCourcy joins Wieden+Kennedy in top creative spot

Colleen DeCourcy says she's looking forward to having more independence in her new position with Wieden+Kennedy than she has had in the past with big agencies or in partnership with major holding companies. DeCourcy will be working with Wieden veteran Mark Fitzloff as co-global executive creative directors. She comes to the job from Socialistic, a social media agency she launched two years ago.
