Drug manufacturers see shortage of flu treatment, vaccine in the U.S.

Roche Holding announced Wednesday a shortage of liquid Tamiflu for children, while Sanofi said Thursday that four of its six Fluzone flu vaccine formulations were sold out. "We are hearing of spot shortages. Given the time in our flu season, it isn't surprising," CDC spokesman Tom Skinner said.
