Forecasters expect cold freeze on Gulf Coast to end soon

Weather experts are expecting the cold front that disrupted operations at chemical plants in Houston and on much of the Gulf Coast to end early this week. ExxonMobil, Eastman Chemical and DuPont all reported production problems at their refineries in the area because of the freezing temperatures.
