$150M Wash. rail project to create 4,000 construction jobs

The $150 million rail expansion project of the Port of Vancouver in Washington state is expected to spur an influx of private capital worth $400 million and create up to 2,000 permanent jobs and 4,000 construction jobs during its 10-year construction. An $11.3 million rail-bridge project started construction recently, a key component of the West Vancouver Freight Access Project.
