Eateries find fans for wine clubs with a personal touch

Several restaurants have created wine clubs in which members receive monthly or quarterly shipments of vintages chosen by the eatery's sommelier or wine director. The clubs combine wine education with a personal touch, says Kris Margerum, wine director of Restaurant at Auberge du Soleil in California's Napa Valley.
