Getting creative with urban billboards

As more cities stem the growth of billboards and ban digital boards altogether, companies are getting more creative in what they're putting up on the big signs. Bioengineers recently unveiled a "living neon billboard" made of glowing bacterial cells, and artists in Prague turned a revolving billboard into a merry-go-round.
