Working women shouldn't have to take their maternity leave all at once, but should be able to take time off as needed, Jessica Grose writes. "If new moms are happy, they're more likely to stay at a company, saving their employers the costs of training new employees and losing intellectual capital from a continuous smart mom brain drain," Grose writes.
