Walgreen taps social media to fight Express Scripts

As Walgreen ends its contract with pharmacy-benefit manager Express Scripts and faces the risk of losing customers, it has created a paid tweet urging customers to show their support on Twitter. The drugstore chain also tapped Social Spark to "get the conversation going" through sponsored bloggers.
