Lifetime expands "Switch from Dish" campaign

Lifetime Television offered more details about its anti-Dish Network ad campaign -- which was born after Dish decided to drop Lifetime and Lifetime Movie Network -- saying it is running in five markets and incorporates radio, TV and print components. The network has teamed with local cable operators and DirecTV to encourage Dish subscribers to switch over from the satcaster.
