Businesses' accelerated demand for end-to-end cloud solutions is outpacing the ability of individual providers to respond, a trend that will force service providers to join together in limited partnerships to broaden their capabilities and tag-team deployments, according to a report. Current Analysis predicts that in 2013, more service providers will seek to model existing partnerships, such as the alliances between AT&T and IBM and between CSC and Sprint. "The fact these companies are pursuing partnerships does not indicate a problem with their service. In many cases, they're getting ahead of future customer demands. It's really a normal evolution of the market," said researcher Amy Larsen DeCarlo.
