Calif. attorney general files suit against Smoking Everywhere

California Attorney General Jerry Brown filed a lawsuit against Smoking Everywhere, which manufactures and sells e-cigarettes, alleging that the company issues misleading statements about the battery-operated products, which are similar in appearance to cigarettes and contain nicotine-filled cartridges. Requests for company comment were not returned.
