Chief of House armed services panel questions Pentagon budget delay

Rep. Buck McKeon, R-Calif., chairman of the House Armed Services Committee, has sent a letter to the Office of Management and Budget inquiring why the Pentagon's 2014 budget faces delays. "If sequester was not enough of a threat to do any planning or comply with the law, I can only assume it is not enough of a threat to delay your budget," McKeon wrote.
