Civilians killed in blast after night raid in Afghanistan

Seven Afghan civilians were killed Sunday in an explosion that occurred after NATO and Afghan troops conducted a night raid, leading local Afghans to protest U.S. troop presence in the region. During the raid, NATO and Afghan forces reportedly captured their target, a Taliban fighter, but the operation sparked a two-hour firefight.
