Comcast makes $150M investment in Arris as part of Google deal

Comcast is investing $150 million in Arris Group as part of Arris' acquisition of Motorola Mobility's set-top unit from Google. Arris is paying about $2.35 billion in cash and stock for Motorola Home Business. The deals will leave Comcast and Google each with about 7.85% of Arris' outstanding shares.
