Marion Nestle's forecast on food-policy issues for 2013

This year will bring more pressure to require labeling of genetically modified foods, especially if the FDA approves production of genetically modified salmon, writes Marion Nestle, a nutrition expert and New York University professor. Nestle predicts that the FDA will delay food-label revisions but will begin making rules for food-safety regulations and issue rules for menu labeling.
