No visa is needed for Tiger fliers connecting at Singapore airport

Tiger Airways' Tigerconnect will let travelers transfer flights at Singapore's Changi Airport without having to possess a travel visa. Fliers also will not have to have a visa to enter immigrations clearance, or pick up and recheck bags for their connecting flights. The program will begin 1 Feb.
