Pillay: No improvement in N. Korea human rights

The world is paying disproportionate attention to North Korea's nuclear and rocket programs at the detriment of the human rights situation, which is "one of the worst, but least understood and reported," said United Nations human rights chief Navi Pillay in a statement. At least 200,000 North Koreans are believed to be political prisoners.
