Remaining undecided states must soon commit to exchange plans

New Hampshire and Florida are the only states that remain undecided on the implementation of a health insurance exchange. They have until Feb. 15 to commit to a partnership exchange with the federal government under the Affordable Care Act; otherwise, they will default to a federally run marketplace.
