$4.5B Manhattan West project breaks ground in NYC

Brookfield Properties held a groundbreaking ceremony Monday for a massive $680 million platform that will be part of a $4.5 billion Manhattan West development project in New York City. A precast concrete platform will be built above railroad tracks on the West Side and will be home to two office towers, a residential building and 1.5 acres of public space.
