Developer seeks speedy review of Md. wind project

Fourmile Wind Energy, which is proposing to build a 60-megawatt wind farm in Frostburg, Md., is asking for a speedy review from the Maryland Public Service Commission. The company hopes to start work in the spring and have the turbines up and running by the end of the year.
