Lockheed is optimistic about foreign sales of warships, helicopters

Lockheed Martin is upbeat about the possibilities of selling its warships and helicopters abroad, especially as nations in the Asia-Pacific region get to see the products in action in the new U.S. focus in that part of the world. "When LCS gets over in the region, we might see more momentum and acceleration," said Michele Evans, a company vice president at Lockheed, about the company's Littoral Combat Ship.
