Minn. school's team approach yields higher passing rate on state test

Students at Chatfield High School in Minnesota who do not pass the state's standardized math exam now have a team of teachers ready to help them master the material. The Math Data Team's approach includes courses such as Advanced General Mathematics and one-on-one assistance. School officials also are trying to increase student motivation by offering incentives such as extra time for lunch to those students who pass the exam.
