Stanley Black & Decker makes changes to executive positions

Stanley Black & Decker announced that it will appoint its CEO, John Lundgren, as chairman of the company to replace outgoing Chairman Nolan Archibald, effective March 31. The power-tools maker also appointed Joseph Voelker, vice president of human resources, to the senior vice president post to replace Mark Mathieu, who will retire on the same date.
