Surgeons expand skin for facial reconstruction

An implant is being filled with saline to expand the skin on a shoulder of a Tulsa, Okla., man whose face was crushed in a fireworks accident. Bone from his tibia was used as part of his reconstruction, and he faces about 10 more operations. "I'm incredibly lucky to be here. I won some kind of insane galactic lottery," the 23-year-old man said.
