CBS refuses anti-Bush spot

CBS has rejected a request by liberal advocacy organization MoveOn to broadcast an ad critical of George W. Bush during the Super Bowl. CBS said its decision wasn't based on the Super Bowl, but rather the network's longstanding policy not to air issue ads.
